Peace, delicacy and tender beauty emanate from this extraordinary sculpture created by artist Norbert Roessler. The Scissortail Flycatcher resting upon the top branch is cast in bronze in the lost wax process. The Cherry Blossoms and Buds are made by hand in Silver with Copper stamens. The flowers rise from limbs of the Cherry Blossom tree created in green patina Bronze.
The sculpture rests in a high fire ceramic bowl whose triangular design suits its Oriental influence. River polished black pebbles and gemstones of Green Aventurine fill the bowl.
The sculpture measures 20" in height to the top bloom. The bowl measures 7.5" in diameter.
